Not too soon to fertilize King palms?

Well,its now in the low 60's,days are longer and these cool tolerant palms seem to be asking for a boost.
Any King growers who think it would be a good idea? |

| I am not a King Palm grower and would ask why you think its asking for a boost? Yellow fronds? If you're zone 9 or higher and have given fertizilers before I would say do it since your palm-sense is telling you so. What zone are you? Zone 8 should wait :-) |

z10a..the days arent very warm-about 60-64 so far. Nights have been mild,and thats what is a bit different for here in the SF bay area. This mornings low was 53. Its a popular palm in soucal,so I wondered if they get a jump this early with fertilizing. |
