Phapis palms yellow leaves

Paco7

I have a clump of Phapis palms about 70 years old and 20ft high. The leaves (only at the very top of stalks) are quite yellow with burned tips and overall not very vigorous.

They have been fertilized over the years with camellia fertilizer but not specifically pplaced at the base of the palms; receive regular watering with camellias.

They receive some direct sun, but generally partly shaded.

I am in Southern California.

What to do?

I could send pictures but I do not know how to ad to these messages.
