Trachycarpus latisectus

Again, I apologize if you seen a ton of these before, but since there seems to be a lot of interest in this genus (not one of my favorites, but they grow well in my zone). My obervations on this species here in California is that it is moderately slow (a tad slower than fortunei and about the same as a Trachy wagnerianus (which I know is just another form of fortunei, but still). It is also the wimpiest when it comes to the heat... leaves burn easily. Also not too cold tolerant as the freeze here nearly killed it (25F).

Plant grown by a professional palm grower but in a pretty hot, inland climate

Planted along a street in Orange County, California (pretty nice climate)
