Problem with needle palm

HI,

I have a few needle palms in the gound for about a year. They looked healthy until after last winter when it was pretty cold for us (about 13-15F). In early spring, I noticed that each leaf segment of one of the palm is rolled up, dry and became yellowish. Any ideas of what might have caused this and suggestions? Others that are small have damages on the new leaves but look ok.
