Sago Palm in a container

About one year ago I planted a small Sago Palm in a rather large ceramic container. It did very well, grew new fronds within a few weeks. Now there are new fronds growing again and the base of the tree has started to wobble back and forth and there are a few roots showing. I don't know what to do with the palm. Should I repot it in a larger container or repot it in the same container but deeper? I don't want to lose it. Can anyone help me with this? Thank You

I would stake it for stability and leave it alone. If you don't like looking at exposed roots, add a bit more soil. It will probably be fine.
