I have been trying to treat several palms in my garden for what I believe was a bud rot type issue. I was using Yates Anti-Rot phosacid systemic fungicide that seemed to help the main problem and new fronds look pretty healthy. The only problem is that we've still got some fuzz that seems to cover both new and old fronds (see pic attached). It comes off with scraping/rubbing. Does anyone have an idea of what I should use to get rid of this? We have been struggling with many plants in our garden (I have more photos) but thought I'd start with this one first! One step at a time as they say!
