Help! areca palm has ganoderma mushrooms

Just one in the row has ganoderma. I am getting ready to dig out the whole clump, stump and dirt around it but am trying to find out if I should take out the ones on the left and the right as a precaution to stem the spread of the disease. Surely their roots are sharing the same dirt, right?
