Windmill Palm Help

I'm hoping someone can give me some direction and guidance. I have two windmill palms that have grown amazingly over the last 5 years. Unfortunately, this winter was rough and I took for granted that they would be ok. My girl is getting weaker. She shows no signs of new growth or green and about 8" of her top are starting to weaken and can be moved easily back and forth. My boy seems to be stronger and had very faint green growth but moisture and bugs seem to be causing a problem with his new fronds growing. I tried superthrive a few times as we'll as hydrogen peroxide to dry and dry out the moisture where new fronds are suppose to be growing. I cut ball all branches because they were dead and I read I needed to do that. I am going out to buy copper fungacide but is there any other help anyone has to offer? I'm in south jersey and will be completely devastated if I can't bring them back (no matter how long it takes).
