Windmill Palms can flourish in S. Jersey

Here is a picture from March 25, 2013 and from June 30, 2013. I started my Windmill Palms as little guys 3 years ago. I did cage them and remove the cages 1st day of spring every year. Of course this year was abnormaly cold and we got a lot of snow after spring started. As you see, my palms didn't seem to care. They have pushed out 6 new fronds so far this season and are just under 8' tall. 3' of trunk. Their growth and ability to thrive in South Jersey is astonishing. If you are researching growing these here, this is proof it can be done without a doubt.
