Cat palm for sure

Chamaedorea cataractarum. Common name "cat palm" They are very popular here in the north.

Definitely a cat palm. They are great palms for the tropical look, but they are kind of a challenge to keep indoors so I dont want a negative experience with this palm indoors to discourage you from growing other palms as indoor/ourdoor plants. The important thing is to never give it full sun outdoors (looks like its in a good sun exposure where you have it) and to make sure it has a lot of bright light, maybe even a window, indoors. They like water, but not too much, just dont let it dry out. Outdoors you can water once every 2 days or so during warm weather and indoors you can water twice a week.

Good Luck with it! I personally find that Spindle palms, Solitare palms, and Bamboo Palms have done best for me as indoor/ outdoor plants. The Solitare palm and Bamboo palm prefer shade (and do well indoors by a window) but the spindle palm can handle sun or shade pretty well and seems to be resistant to a lot of pests that other palms get when indoors.
