It could be a Chamaedorea plumosa but if its not, then its definitely in the syagrus family (but not S. romanzoffianum).

I've never seen Chamaedorea plumosas grown in clumps like that... sort of pricey palm to grow in a clump. My guess is Chamaedorea glaucifolia- a much cheaper and somewhat similar plant, often sold in clumps (at least by palm nurseries). Still, these palms do have the nice droopy leaves of plumosas, so I could be wrong.

Chamaedorea plumosa is definitely a bit expensive to grow in a clump and I think that Chamaedorea Glaucifolia is a definite possiblity! From what I have seen, Chamaedorea glaucifolia has a bit of a rough trunk though. I wonder what the possibility is of it being a hybird of Plumosa and Glaucifolia. Im not sure if they are genetically similar enough to easily cross pollinate, but its a cool idea!
