More spring pics

We have had a week straight of 85 or higher temps. and things are starting to change some good and some bad. I can't seem to keep my varigated EE's alive in this heat, a few things are really doing well.

a sabal minor with floresences coming out.

First bloom on my varigated torch lily.

Other lily and spirea

Agave ovatifolia with nandina firepower and yuccas in the back ground.

I found a home for my silver euro. palm.

Everything looks good! I love the Sabal Minor inflo!
It has been extremely warm here also, but it looks like temperatures cool down back to average (and maybe even a bit below average tomorrow). I was hoping we would get nice, strong thunderstorm so I didnt have to water my plants tomorrow, but they all missed my area (One thunderstorm was som close we got a squall line which knocked down a ton of my plants in a matter of a minute, but no rain followed!).

Heatwave is in full effect. No end in sight.

Can't wait to see how the minor blooms. Will I be able to germinate any seeds? If so how?

I like the baggie method...add a little perlite or sphagnum moss
and a little water and wait for the first seedling leaves.
I use the big baggies so the palms have plenty of room for their
leaves....some of my Trachys seedlings were already going on their\2nd leaf.

Fresh Sabal seeds may even germinate fast for you-definitely helps-
