Hot and Dry here in NM

Hello you all! Well its is summer and there is a severe Drought here in the US Southwest. Fires are runing our beautiful Forests and Scenery here in NM. Hopefully raing will come soon. Today it was 99 degrees with no humidty.its been awhile since I've been on here. My W.Robusta Is going great. I was out of town for two weeks and left it outside to get natural heat and air. But i think that wasn't such a good idea. I came back and a new shoot is comming out so thats good. But i guess our arid high Desert sun rays burned the poor little guys or girls tips off. its good to see some green here in the Desert.so that sucks uggh Here are some pics. Feel free to comment oh its 10 months old on the 12th of july.lol

They look great! They are growing as fast as I would expect them too in the ground in a mild climate. The summer heat will get them to grow fast by you. Sorry to hear about all the fires in your area, I hope the monsoon kicks in soon for you.

That's a fast growing palm. Mature fronds under a year. Before long you will be struggling to move in and out.

Well yester day I repotted this fellow in a larger pot so that i Wouldnt have to in the future. but i should have waited until it kinda dried out alittle it came out but it kind of broke the soil around it. and the roots got caught on the bottom of the pot I guess the roots were growing out of the bottom of the pot, and made it even worst and soil was breaking all around the stem.LOL but its okay now i hope. hopefully Its happier in a Larger pot. And it looks like clouds are coming in. hopefully it Does a huge monsoon Season. Here. Thanks for the comments and happy 4th of july. XOXO
