| Are there anybody on here that are "mostly" organic? If so what are your tried and true fertilizers and amendments? Have you noticed a difference in growth and health of your palms in using organics vs. chemicals? |

| I perfer organic using manure and other natural minerals, that said, you still need a small amount palm fertilizers to get the missing elements in certain soil and clay mixed soils. Here's a trick, use some epson salts and I also save clam shells after eating some. Then I dry them out and place them in a old cloth bag and smash it to tiny bits and chunks. Then mix with the palm soils for lots of calcium and other minerals. They slowly leach into the siol helping the palms. Do I notice any difference between organic or regular fertilizer? - to me not woth spending tons of extra money on organic. |
