Im worried about my foxtails,help please!!!

| I have 5 foxtail palms that I planted about 2 months ago. There about 14ft tall but skinny. I noticed that when a new part of the truck(the green part)forms the green is covered with this white stuff that you can rub off. What could this be? I also noticed black powder stuff at the beginning of the frowns. Any suggestions? |

| That's just natural for foxtails. The new parts of the trunk are covered in a white fuzz, and the bases of the petioles have little black spots. Nothing to worry about. Still, a picture would be helpful just to make sure. |
