looks like a coconut... couldn't tell you variety, though. Hard to tell much about the palm without a look at the base/trunk/crownshaft (if there is one). Hyophorbe verschafeltii also looks a lot like that

And finally I noticed this at the top of the frond...it appears that the frond is still stuck together and the "petials" will seperate at some point

Yes thats a coconut palm. I really nice one too. So lucky! I've never seen one for sale that size here. As for variety Idk. Its hard to say. I think the only real way to know is if you can get it to fruit...
