I have noticed some weird coloration on two of my palms. The first two pictures are of my Pigmy dates. One of the pigmy (1st pic) shows some "rusty" color on some of the leaves along with some little white spots that are not cottony and don't move at all. They seem almost like flakes and are totally flat.

The other pigmy date (2nd pic) is starting to have this rusty discoloration on new growth. Is it time for fungicide on these two?

The 3rd pic is from my areca. It has some nasty spots, some rusty some black. Here are the pics. Please help asap, it seems to be spreading. As soon as I can get some help from you guys I'm going to the nursery to buy whatever they need to get better.
