Identify My Palms

Can you please help me identify my palms? I want to have someone remove them, but want to make sure of their identify first. Thanks!

They look like Washingtonia Robusta or mexican fan palm. They can get to 100 ft. tall.

Washingtonia Robusta aka Mexican Fan Palms. They are cheap and common all over Florida. I personally think that they look nice with a bit of pruning of the dead fronds and old "boots" on the trunk, but if you cut them down, it wouldnt be a major loss. They are probably one of the most common palms in Florida (Sabal Palmetto definitely taking the cake!)
