Help with Windmill pests or something else

Hey guys, I need some help..I have had these windmill palms in the ground for 4 years now and I am getting some bad coloration.

Since reading other threads I have been checking the soil moisture level, but all seems well. Not too moist and they haven't been drying out. The humidity here is perfect and the temp stays in high 80s to low 90s.

Usually I get a little burn from winter, but it seems like the browning is going up too high. I am close to the ocean, and do get some salt spray damage every once in awhile, but nothing this severe.

I feel like it's a pest, but not sure if that's the main culprit.
The fronds are curling together on the end, and when you slide your finger through them webs and spiders come out (nasty!)

I don't know if they are the problem or if they are just taking advantage of dry fronds?

Here are some pictures:

This stinks because the healthy fronds are really getting huge (don't want this to happen to them)

This one's my pride and joy, because it's just about 6' with frond extension!!
