Sorry to hear about your palm. I remember when you posted pics of it's first germination a year ago! Looks like it was too much sun. Thats the biggest problem with seedlings, I lost so many papaya seedlings so many times because of shock when they went outside into the sun. Eventually I just bought a papaya seedling off ebay that was germinated in outdoor conditions and it took off. It had problems being dug up, but it was pretty mature so it survived indoors and is still alive. So the moral of the story is that seedlings are tricky when they have to be germinated indoors, but a seed that is germinated outdoors and is allowed to grow outdoors for a while, will always do better.
I hope your palm pulls through! My Chamadorea microspadix looked just like that after it got too dry during the winter time, I thought it was dead but a new frond pushed up! So there is still hope for your palm!
