so ive had these planted in full sun in front of my house for 2 years now and I fertilize about 3 months apart with the granulated palm fertilizers from lowes. theyve grown fine until recently within last 2-3 months i noticed the new fronds have these yellow spots on them....the old fronds dont have it. from browsing the internet, i think its either K deficiency or fungus??? o and i noticed a bunch of snails at the base... wat to do?

I would treat it with a fungicide and some snail/slug killer just to be safe.
