tall coconut last chance at new spear?

We've had a lot of 70s lately and 50s at night. It has felt great but has not generated a lot of growth. We are about to have a mini heat wave. 81 now 86 tom, and 92 Friday (sunny and only 70 by Monday they say) I'm hoping I can get 1 more spear out of this growing season and this may be the last chance. Come on heat. They seem to come out on warm nights and we are supposed to have a couple of nights in the low 70s.

Hi Andy,

If you have one of those small greenhouses built on your home's southside (close to the house) in a sunny spot; you'll find placing the palms in there ward off cooler nights and magnify heat and palm growth during daytime heating in the Fall and Spring. Do not leave coco palms outside in temps

50 is about the coolest I let my coconuts see, high 40s won't hurt it here and there but just because a palm can take something doesn't mean it likes to. We are really suppsed to cool off next week. it will be sunny but highs in the low 70s and nights in the low 50s.
