I'm no expert but I wanna say Date Palm.

That is definitely in the Phoenix (date palm) genus. I would say Phoenix canariensis (Canary Island Date Palm) or possibly a hybrid between this and another Phoenix species. The dots in the 3rd pic look to be a massive spider mite infestation or less likely some other pest (aphids). This can be treated with organic pesticides such as neem oil/insecticidal soap. On a palm that large though, it may not end up being that serious, though I have seen spider mites destroy small palms.

Definitely looks like a Canary Island Date palm. The first one looks to be a Phoenix hybrid of some type, but care for both should be identical. I am not sure what infestation you have on them, but I would hire a landscaper just to spray your trees with whatever pesticides they think are necessary to keep the tree healthy. A light pruning wouldn't hurt either. Make sure not to overprune them! Try not to prune any healthy green fronds. I have seen a lot of palms overpruned and they don't look good and it's not healthy for the palms either.
