could be johnsonii... are the leaf ends flat are deeply 'V'd? If flat, johnsonii, if leaflets at a V, then moorei. Seeds will not be viable unless plant has been fertilized by another Macrozamia (a male, of course).

The problem Palmbob-is I didnt know about the difference until I came home,and came across your Daves Garden reference.
So,I didnt look for that at the time. And looking at various photos I took..most fronds look johnsonii,but some seem moorei. I at first went moorei because thats at the UC botanical garden,and I've seen them for sale there too. But,when I read your post stating that johsonii was the most common..it looked more like that then moorei.
You have any idea of that other Cycad I need an ID for,Palmbob? Really nice and glossy..never seen one like it here...very fern like.
