I think it might be getting overwated. Dont water it for about a week and see what happens. And cut off all the yellow fronds so that way you can see if the yellow is spreading or if its just those fronds that decided to go. Sometimes palms drop a few fronds when their roots are disturbed and most of the time, they recover perfectly (and the newest leaves look very healthy on yours so far.)

It may be root rot. Keep it as dry as possible for about seven days. The same thing just happened to mine, because dingbat here watered too much. Hahahahaha.
