Sago Palm!

I have a Sago Palm I bought at the Wal-Mart back in june or july. I was going to transplant it but Figured it was kind of to late to transplant here in NM. Right now its outside the house and last night it got to like about 50 degrees and rained, I left it ouside. Are they cold Hardy and if so about how cold hardy are they? We get very cold winters here zone 5b. We're kind of an arid high desert climate. It freezes to about like at least 15 degrees sometimes or lower.

Here are some pictures of the Sago Palm...

Do you think i need to repot it to grow? and will the Fronds grow any bigger?

no new fronds yet.

There are some yellowing spots why is that?

I did have a Windmill palm planted where the circluar stoneblockers are, now there are flowers but here is a picture of the future site of where im going to trans plant the sago palm. maybe where the flowers are now. But dont know where yet.
