Just have it cut down if you dont want them. No one is gonna buy a washingtonia that height in san diego. the machinery and equipment to transport that thing would be way more money than its worth. That plant is a weed in san diego.

Most people pay to have their palms cut down, not the other way around.. .UNLESS you have some amazing species (like a large Jubaea is worth a lot of $$)... and you might be able to sell a large Phoenix if its easily accessible)... but a Washingtonia is indeed a very hard palm to sell.. .it costs so much to remove it and move it, the best anyone ever does is break even if you have some amazing and easy-to-get-to specimens, and there is a huge demand at the time (which there rarely is in San Diego).
