They do sometimes form sterile seeds in the absence of male plants. If there is another cycas species male around you could get cross pollination, but the presence of those would be less likely than another C. revoluta.

Not that rare⦠lots of Cycas revoluta females will cone and produce gobs of fruits.. but no fertile seeds unless pollinated of course.

Be sure to keep dogs from the seeds. They are toxic.
