Brahea 'super silver'

Any experience with this palm from northeastern, container growers of this palm? I just received one but not too silver--assume it matures into a more silver tone. I had one but probably kept it too wet and it died so this one will be treated more like a succulent. Any other comments and experiences on the species as containerized palms appreciated.

Lost mine over the winter here...they do silver up as they get bigger.
