This is a fruit of a palm ...the trunk has many thorns as needles. In Nicaragua we call "coyol".The fruit is cooked in honey,and so they sell it to suck. Then breaks the large hard seed ...... and eat what's inside very tasty .. like coconut. Natives also prepare wine with another part of the palm.
I have planted seeds but a year ago and do not germinate even...hahaha |
