| I just wanted to update my windmill palm. It still looks really bad and the spear looks horrid but it still won't pull. I felt the soil and it's ROCK HARD. It also has cracks in it. I tried watering but it was still hard. What's going on? Is it time to give up on this little guy?
Thanks! -Hunter |

| The soil definitely should not be hard. It should be soft. I would just keep doing what your doing and plan to get another one next year. And when you do get another one, make sure the soil is really fertile. One of my palms has very hard soil in it now and Im probably going to have to replace most of the soil next spring so it can really thrive. Good luck! I hope it recovers for you! -Alex |
