What's happening here?

One of my young cocos is showing these odd spots?I normally mist them and checked for mites.I didn't use any fertilizer so no burn.It's rarely watered because it's winter, is in a south facing window.Pretty strange?

It may only be mechanical damage while the leaf was still bunched up before spreading open.

It seems like the spots are getting worse.Maybe my central heat?

Update...

Seems to be something else that's causing it.Im not really sure what it is but it's continuing.The coconut is growing strong with a upcoming spear.Can it be low humidity?Deficiency?
