Does anyone know what this plant is called? My husband bought it for me almost a year ago. It will randomly have leaves that turn brown and eventually the whole stalk will die. Lately it has had some new leaf growth and also some other kind of thing has grown up out of it. it looks like a stem with small circular knobs on it. What is that?? I don't know how to look up proper care or troubleshooting since I don't even know the name of the plant. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
