You're right----It's a Kenia Palm. The owner of the shop I bought it @ said "do nothing" The plant is healthy, overgrown it's space (well above the window) & is now confused when the sunlight is coming from. He said I need to find it a new home w/more ceiling height and and taller windows. Makes me sad after 9yrs.

Yes, it needs a home where it can grow more and reach for sunlight above it.

All kids grow up...you wouldn't want it to stay tiny forever would you ? :)
