Perfect Passionflower for 3 gal. pot/6 ft. obelisk

Last summer I grew four(4), un-named pasionflowers (4 in. pots), I picked up at a local nursery. Into 3 gallon pots each went and was trained to a 6' obelisks. They filled in very well and bloomed extemely well. Three were the same, pale purple and pink petals, and one was red. The red one did not bloom as well dropping a lot of unopen buds.

I would like to repeat the project this year but would like to grow a named variety(s in the purple/blue family). I would like ones that bloom prolifically all summer/fall long. Winter hardiness is not necessary, just a lavish blooming, pretty passionflower to complement the summer garden, blooming from June to frost. Also, a reputable source (mail order), would be greatly appreciated.

Lavender Lady would be my choice for the conditions you describe. But why let it die, take it in and treat it as a houseplant and it might bloom for you like mine is now.

As far as a source...hmmmm www.logees.com (they come highly recommended, but I haven't ordered from them myself.)

Logees is a good place to order from. They will send you a free catalog with description and photos. I have ordered alot of other stuff from them and was pleased. I not passiflora from them but plan to this year.
Another great source I ordered from last year was grassy knoll exotic plants. I got 3 passiflora from them last year and I was really suprised at the large beautiful vines they sent. They were in perfect shape and packaged very nicely. I think they are around 15.00 each. I will add a link for you.
