My vine is about 8 years old. Each year it seems to "move" down the fence and doesn't come back up where it was the previous year. I have left the "dead" part of the vine on the fence this year in hopes that it will come up there as well. Will it or can I pull off the dead vine and hope it will come up further down as it has in the past? I am in Central Florida between Orlando and Tampa.
