Zone 6 Tips

I'm (barely) in Zone 6 about 15miles WSW of Boston.

I ordered some Passiflora caerulea and Passiflora incarnata seeds and I'm starting them indoors.

I understand they both will die back in winter but incarnata is hardier. Should I try to winter both in the ground with mulch? Do one in the ground and one in container? Any other tips?
