Passilfora Kermesina help

Hello everyone,
Spring is finally here:)
I am wondering if anyone has any luck with the P.Kermesina.
I can't figure this vine out. This plant is still rather small (30") and is in a pot. I have tried keeping it moist, and letting it dry out. It seems that whatever state it is in, it always looks the same. The leaves look crinkly instead of nice and perky, and it is just not really thriving. It has been this way for over a month. Anyone know what kind of conditions it likes? Let me know if you need my to provide a photo.

Does it get any sun? Have you tried fertilizing it? How big is the pot? There are any number of factors that could contribute. There could be something like a virus, which would explain the crinkly leaves. You may need to throw it out and just start over. Or, just wait it out and see what happens.
