My 'left for dead' maypop is coming back to life!

I figured it was a goner, it was losing its leaves and turning brown. I put it next to our french doors and would water it occasionally. The other day I see this green thing in there, a new leaf! I can't believe it, ha ha! My plants seem to do better if I ignore them....

probably just went dormant :) mine are going CRAZY with new shoots now here in CT.

I think so, I guess it figured I had given up on it. Would water it occasionally and put it in front of the french doors. Can't believe it! I'm not sure if I should plant it outside or not now....
