dormant?

i have a frederick passiflora vine, its been in the ground about 3 months now, it has rained an abnormal amount this season (san diego), but hasnt been colder than 40degrees.

problem is there is no growth whatsoever from the vine!

it is not dead as it is still green...

do these things go dormant and if so how do i get it going ?

i gave it some miracle grow but still nothing!

should i pull it and get a new one?

thank u for any suggestions!

Do nothing. No water no fertilizer. Just wait and hope.

I had a quadrangularis I was afraid had died this winter.. Dropped all it's leaves, no growth waht-so-ever.. I just waited & hoped. Couple days ago I noticed some new shoots so it appears all is well.
I would give it time and as Myles said "do nothing". Just wait- These plants can be quite suprising.
