Buds but not blooming (Passiflora caerulea)

This past Saturday, I was at a local nursery and my Fiance and I found a blooming Passiflora Caerulea. The people there had NO CLUE what it was. We brought it home in it's 3 gallon container and replanted it in a larger one. We untangled the plant and wrapped it on the bamboo trellis.

We hadn't thought to take a before shot, but it was about 12" tall.

detangled it's now about 5 feet tall. The longest vine is about 17 feet long.

See it HAS buds but hasn't bloomed. :(

Now the problem is that the bloom closed, I watered it for a second time in two days and it opened again---then it closed a day later and hasn't reopened, plus the other buds haven't opened...I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.

Also it said that the passi would be ok in partial sun. Honestly we don't get a lot of direct sun, could that be the problem?

Also the leaves aren't thick and waxy or do they appear waxy. I would describe them as papery almost, and a dark green with some shine (where the sap has left drops on the leaves)---in 3 days it seems like she's sprouted almost an inch in new growth. Other than the bloom thing it seems happy...

Help, please?
