Planting/hardening off seedgrown Passiflora Incarnata & Caerulea

So I bought different types of passionflower seeds on eBay...

1) Caerulea

2) Incarnata

3) Mixed Lot

Most have come up, now what do I do with them? I probably can't grow them inside, probably not outside either right? I'm guessing the mixed lot I'll have to give away or sell. The Caerulea and Incarnata are hardy in 6b correct? Right now the seedlings are 3-5" tall, so wasn't going to put them out anytime soon... but after searching around the internet/gardenweb it seems like they shouldn't be put out at all in their first year. Is that true? Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get these plants ready to go outside for a full winter and survive?
