Question about blossoming

I bought a passion vine last year from the Rare Fruits Council of Tampa. It has many vines and is growing all over my fence. It is in full sun to partial shade. I water it regularly. When do you think I might get a blossom? It has yet to flower.

Do you know what species it it? Or do you have a photo/description of the mature leaves? That would help.

Sometimes high amounts of nitrogen fertilizer can make a passion vine grow aggressively but not flower.
