Passin vine on Trellis netting

Trying to help my sister setup some passion vines as a privacy screen. The location is a sunny 5 x 40 feet concrete slabe. There is a wooden fence that one can see through. Location is Northern California near the bay area outside of SF. Here's the current plans:

1. Hang some Trellis netting on hooks so that they can be remove when the HOA needs to do repairs on the fence.

2. It appears that each passion vine container will take up about 5 feet, so I will need a container every 5 feet (8 containers). Container will have a irrigation system.

3. The area is zone 9a and will have a day or two where the temperature dips below freezing. I am thinking that some cleanup will be needed during the winter.

My question is if the trellis netting is going to work? I have been told that the passion vines are not particularly heavy. What sort of cleanup will be needed? Is this even viable?
