First Caerulea Bloom!

I got some cuttings of Passiflora caerulea to root and just about a month after that, it let out it's firt flower. It's amazing how fast it flowered.

    That's a pretty soft blue. My caeruleas are a bit darker. Do you get mature fruit from yours? Last year all I got were puffballs :( The fruit would feel heavy as it was growing but when it was finally ready to drop they were all filled with nothing but air and pith, not even an immature seed. I had loads of fruit but they were all the same, empty!

    Karyn,
    I tried to get it to fruit, even though it is only a foot tall, by pollinating it with vitifolia pollen, but it didn't work, so I'll have to try it again next time.
