| HI
I AM NEW TO PASSIFLORA. I HAVE A LAVENDAR LADY, CONSTANCE ELLIOT AND INCENSE. THE FIRST TWO HAVE BEEN BLOOMING BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS BUT THEY ONLY LAST ONE DAY. IS THIS NORMAL? AM I MAYBE OVERWATERING OR GIVING IT TOO MUCH SUN? WHAT CAUSES THIS? THANKS GARDENER-GRETCHEN |

| No need to shout, Gretchen. We can hear you just fine. Most passiflora species flower for only one day. Some, like p. foetida, flower for only half a day. Last summer I had a few Incense blossoms stick it out for a second day, but they were few and far between. That's just a trait of the genus, and we just have to live with it. |

| Can anyone tell me if the fruit of this plant is edible? Thanks |

| You won't die from it.. Pretty much all (that I know of) are "edible".. Some I wouldn't call "palatable" tho. Caerulea for example. It's not so good. |
