Wanted partially ripe maypop fruit for eating

Hello,
I am here in NY where maypops do not grow wild. I have found sources to buy plants but I am desperately looking for fruit for eating. They are my husbands absolute favourite and I am wanting to give him some for his birthday. This is a request from deep in my heart. I will pay postage and extra for your time if anyone is willing to send a box up here to NY. Thank you thank you.

Sorry, I can't help you, but may I ask why "maypop" and not an edulis(edible purple or yellow type)?
