| I've just discovered the Passiflora Forum and thought that I'd post a few pictures of my favorites, "Balam' and 'Manta', because I'm completely enamored with them and I thought that I'd spread the word! They're both (xiikxodz x coriacea) and I wouldn't be able to tell them apart if I didn't have the labels!

| BEAUTIFUL PICS. how big are those flowers, they're pretty small, aren't they? |
|
| The flowers are about 1 1/2" across. The leaves (on my smallish plants) are a "fat" bat shape (i.e., wider than coriacea) and are 6"-7" across and 3" wide. |

| They're beautiful and such an unusual color! Sherry |

| Both hybrids seem to be very hard to find. I lucked onto a piece of 'Manta' early last year on eBay; Grassy Knoll offered 'Balam' last year. Grassy Knoll has 'Manta' this year but it's been "temporarily out of stock" for many months now. Luckily, if you can find a piece, both hybrids are very easy to grow and both have first bloomed for me when very small, only about 3' long. |
