Early spring picked up a plant with Nurserymen's Exchange label: "Passion Vine - Sapphire". Found it in the pity pile at local supermarket. Roots were good; it is now thriving in the ground.
Have determined that it is P. carerulea. Know it won't be hardy here in Z6 and will probably bring it in semi-dormant for the winter.
To my delight, it is fruiting. Have read mixed reviews about eating, seed saving/wintersowing, etc. Anyone here with first-hand experience?
Thanks from Martie, visiting from the New England Gardening Forum
