If you don't get into trouble for going into 'private property' go for it! Do water to make it easier to dig out with enough roots. Prune prior to planting so it can spend its energy growing new roots.

The property is just weedy right of way for a road widening. I'll just have to be careful. We're having a lovely slow rain now, so don't think I'll even have to tote water.

Hoping I can get it to bloom next year. As I said, new to this forum and sorry to read posts about not blooming.
